Sandblasting
SSPC-SP 5 White Metal Blast Cleaning
(NACE No. 1).
Is a standard used for white metal blast cleaning put forth by the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) and NACE international standard.
White metal blast cleaning is to be used to clean unpainted or painted steel surfaces prior to applying high-performance protective coating or lining systems. SSPC-SP 5/NACE No. 1 removes all visible oil, grease, dust, dirt, mill scale, rust, coating, oxides, corrosion products, and any other foreign matter on the surface.
SSPC-SP 10 Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning (NACE NO. 2)
SSPC-SP 10 Near-White metal blast cleaning put forth by the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) and NACE International Standard. Near-white metal blast cleaning is to be used to clean unpainted or painted steel surfaces prior to applying a new protective coating or lining systems. SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2 removes all dust, coating, and mill scale. The limit of staining permitted for near-white metal blast cleaning is no more than five percent of each unit area of the surface.
SSPC-SP 6 Commercial Blast Cleaning (NACE No. 3)
Is a standard used for blast cleaning put forth by the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) and NACE International Standard. Commercial blast cleaning is to be used for a defined degree of cleaning unpainted and painted steel surfaces prior to protective coating or lining systems. SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3 commercial blast cleaning allows for stains or shadows up to 33 percent of each unit area of surface to remain. SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3 removes all visible oil, grease, dust, dirt, mill scale, rust, coating, oxides, corrosion products, and any other foreign matter on the surface.

Powder Coating
Powder Coating Services
We offer a variety of color options to meet specific design needs. Working with the best brands in the market and using high-quality products to ensure superior results..
Powder coating is a type of finishing process used to coat metal surfaces (and sometimes other materials) by applying a dry powder that adheres to the object. This powder consists of finely ground particles of resins, pigments, and other additives, and it sticks to the surface electrostatically through an electrical charge.
Once the powder is applied, the coated object is placed in an oven, where the heat causes the powder to melt and cure, forming a hard, smooth layer. This process results in a durable finish that is resistant to scratches, corrosion, chemicals, and weathering.
